The Abt RS4+ is What the Audi RS4 Should Have Been!

Күн бұрынThis is the new Abt RS4+, limited to just 50 units that build on the great base of the Audi RS4 but add in some of its missing flair. With aerodynamic carbon additions, a new exhaust system, and the power significantly raised, join me for an introduction and then a drive including a 270km/h Autobahn blast to get a feel for what it's all about!
For the RS4+, Abt have added to the styling and aero with new exterior carbon fibre pieces including the grille, splitter, flicks, side vents, diffuser, spoiler and more. On the inside there are also special touches and more carbon fibre, while underneath is a new exhaust system for added sound from the V6. Speaking of which, power is raised from 450PS to 530PS, and torque goes to 690nm from 600nm thanks to the Power S optional upgrade. New 21" wheels are also worn, along with lowering springs for a more dynamic ride as well as the improved appearance.
After a walkaround to show you all of the changes, it's time to jump onboard and take the car for a drive to get a first experience at the wheel!

A neighbor of mine has a RS4, but an older model, but it's still has 500hp :) It's an amazing car and it's one of my dream car 😍 beautiful, sounds great, looking very good!

Now after the new A4 has just launched, I can’t imagine how good the new RS4 must look like. The standard A4/S4 wagon looks really aggressive and has the Quattro optics too.. and they even have the RS4 wing. Let’s hope that Audi will make the new RS4 a tad more emotional and give it a bit more performance

I am new to your channel, but I really enjoyed this showing of the Audi RS4+ Avant, as I just aquired a 1:18 scale model of this very car in green. Would be interested to know how the BHP going upto 530 changes the mpg for the car. Stock is around 28 according to wltp tests, this must be down around 20mpg now.

@11:16 you're going south on Autobahn 7, I miss Germany lived in Rothenberg O.B.T. right off of Autobahn 7, took many snowboard trips to Garmish and like every glacier in Austria going south on Autobahn 7 or 3, too many times in my 1988 Audi 90 2.3 on Autobahn 7, seeing Abt and telling my self one day I am going to take my car to ABT.

There’s good companies out there, MRC, Litchfield, Storm development but ABT is just the way to go if you have the money, very rare to come by a ABT RS car

I'm not a big fan of tuning already tuned cars. Same goes for Brabus who tune AMG. I just don't see the point. Not to mention it's outrageously expensive. The only thing I like is Alpina because their cars are actually built alongside other BMWs in the factory and are created from scratch.

I think, that Audis are the best German cars. I drove in a Q5 - the newest one, and it was so so good, amazingly smooth shifts and a good acceleration, we actually chose it over a Mercedes C220.

Used to dig Audi a lot but honestly they don't have anything for me at the moment. BMW & AMG are killing it. R8 is practical supercar but why would you get it when Huracan is almost the same price:) Audi should buy ABT and keep their team to make RS models.

unfortunately ABT really offer borderline Placebo tunes... having driven a stock RS4, an ABT RS4, and then a proper Stage 1... the ABT offering is closer to stock than stage 1, performance wise... You often hear people Dynoing ABT tunes at less than stock...

Thanks for the video! WRT the car, I am not so sure: why the "limited" number, why the low top speed related to the max power (I know = gear ratio problem). Depreciation will be high anyway...

The only people who are allowed to say the RS4 isn't amazing in the stock form is super car owners, like Shmee. Also give us the view angle at 9:06 all the time and just have a little Shmee in the lower right corner. :)
