This may be a silly question but the videos talk about strong acids, strong bases and weak acids. Is there part of the topic that focuses on weak bases?

For strong acids, if they dissociate completely then how is it in equilibrium? surely you wouldn't be able to calculate Ka? Or does Ka apply to when not in equilibrium? I understand this concept being used for weak acids because they only partially dissociate but why for strong?
