If I ran a Jedi Temple of my own, I'd stick w/ the 3 Classes and Signature Lightsaber Hilts and Colors: Guardian (Single, Blue) (My Personal), Sentinel (Single, Yellow), and Consular (Single, Green). I would let my students choose their class and have their signature lightsaber w/ them, but they are free to change their blade color (Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, and Orange (My Personal)) and hilt (Double-Bladed, Crossguard, and Shoto) if they want to

It depends on where you are with how much they mess up what you love. I have been a life long Star Trek fan. I watched season one of discovery, a few episodes of Picard and I havent watched any other star trek since. Star Wars is getting closer to that for me also. May simply stop watching anything from them.

He was far younger than 900 is a good place to start, mate. . He would have less bass in his voice perhaps if he was a relative young one of his species still, would he not. His Midichlorian count was still the highest before Anakin came along and his lifespan the longest so he'd still be old and wise despite youth among his own. Just far more talented, most likely. Less wise than even his flawed belief the Sith were extinct. Yoda youthful mistake that was realized too late would still be central to the Phantom menace happening the way it did later on.

I love star wars, i have everything in dvd or blu-ray even the ewok story, cartoon to! I got 26 books, missing only 2 before thé phantom menace, i got a some between revenge of the sith and a new hope and between return of the jedi and the force awaken! I saw some of the books of the high republic and none of them realy cauth my attention! I hope the Acolyte will do the job!

Mixed feelings about this. Im not exactly hyped for this show and the High Republic hasn't been that popular, but im desperate for them to move on from the Skywalker timeline. The Old Republic is so rich with unique and interesting characters that are just waiting to be explored. Let's at least watch the first 3 episodes before making judgements.

I haven't been a fan of the animated Star Wars. It just doesn't hold my interest. The exception is the original Clone Wars by the guy who did Samarai Jack. I liked that show. I'm holding out on the latest rumors of Lucas being involved in an upcoming project. Kennedy needs to go, though...

I’m sure they will drag the plot with irrelevant and unnecessary subplots and side stories to create episodes and content. I hope that they don’t create 8 episodes when it really could have been 5 or 6 and that the writing is good and nothing is forced with an agenda. We get to see Asian Jedi Knights which is excellent.

It's supposed to be set a few generations back, although originally, I believe the High Republic was hundreds or thousands of years previously... Mickey Rat has changed so much of Star Wars, it's sad and hard to keep up with any more...

It is set between Darth Bane's defeat in 1000 BBY and TPM with almost all of the stories taking place exactly 200 years before TPM. What you're referring to with thousands of years before is the Old Republic which "Mickey Rat" hasn't really touched at all.

I'm losing more interest in the franchise with so many of these... Films and programs. As another post says, this looks like one of those cheesy Chinese martial arts movies with the exaggerated effects... I was hesitant to watch it knowing this was one of Kennedy's pet projects... Thanks for giving us warnings... I'm really hesitant about watching it now. EMS health is right. Star Wars died long ago... Occasionally, we get something good, but it seems to be surrounded in a lot of bad. Mickey Rat has ruined what was once special. Let's hope Lucas's involvement in the upcoming projects (as I've heard rumors) saves what's left. But then again, Lucas himself seems to be going against fans... (There's a group trying to piece together the original UNEDITED Star Wars. It sounds like Lucas is throwing a tantrum over it... I hope they do it... Ild like to have that option, since it's the version I saw as a kid).

Disney had one job... One job! All they had to do is follow the novels, which were the original continuity of the star wars universe. One job and failed miserably. Thank you george lucas. Your creativity will be missed.
