I really appreciate King Kaleidoscope's distinctly Christian songs that are outside of the church worship genre. I think complex art is rare in Christian culture because we think in a very simple categorical way. All this to say, I was deeply moved by the album and especially by the song "Oxygen." I think I felt exactly what you were trying to achieve, a feeling of mourning and longing for my past child like faith in Christ. Thank you guys and keep making music

I didn't know how much I needed this documentary of Zeal. Thank you guys for inspiring me to rediscover a childlike faith in Jesus.

My seven year old son deals with obsessive thoughts and fear ( as did I ). Your imagery of having a white sword to defend the anxious demonic thoughts is awesome! He is a visual child so tonight before bed tonight. I will explain to him God is our true defender like I have many times but I believe the sword imagery will help his beautiful mind see that God is tangibly working in his thoughts to protect him. This album was so foundational in some major moves God made in my life last year and has only continued this year to impact me and motivate me on my journey with God. Thank you for being so faithful to seek out God and to share what he guides you to create with us. I found your music a while ago when I was newly following God (after having run away from the church that I grew up in as a kid) and I was so inspired by the music and lyrics and the passion you have for God and putting into words the complexity of what it’s actually like to follow Him. Music has always been something that has deeply impacted me, and to find a group who loves music in the way I do and uses it to worship God, not simply by singing to him but to actually worship him in its creation, in the notes and lyrics and emotion and everything in between, has been so utterly refreshing and inspiring. And yeah I’m just super thankful for you all and all you do.

At the time I was like, "where am I even?" and the silence captured the kind of quiet but loud hopelessness I felt, and then this quiet savior comes along and then a crowd of help. I love it. Best album of the last decade, hands down. My kids and I probably responsible for 50,000 of the Oxygen views. This band, these words, this music...beyond anything else I have ever heard of. KK's music has been there through some dark storms in my life, and this album is absolutely the breath of fresh air needed to keep going. PLEASE DON'T STOP MAKING SUCH AMAZING MUSIC!!!

Going to the kings concert was a huge rush of zeal from having that child like happiness and experiencing so much joy in worshiping God in such a beautiful way with people all around you with so much energy to pour out man God is so good!

I’m so thankful for this album. It made me realize how apathetic I was. I feel like God used this music to ignite me in so many ways, and now I’m able to be full of joy and faith and awe for God. I didn’t know I could have that kind of fire all the time 💛💛💛

After this Documentary, I’m going to binge listen to Kings K for the next couple of weeks, try to dig deep into my Ontology, study my passions and see where I fail in regards to where they should be according to scripture and try my best (by the grace of God) to do the will of my Lord.❤️

Zeal is one of my favorite albums of all time. I'm blessed to have followed Kings since the MH days and rode the storm of struggling with bitterness and confusion in the aftermath. Thanks so much for giving us a window into the behind the scenes. It's inspiring and edifying! Praise be to God! ❤️

This doc literally described my inexplicable relationship with God. I️ always struggled to define how I️ felt about Jesus without ever questioning His unmerited love for me, but I️ just couldn’t put my finger on it... in my head and in prayer I️ would admit to God how painfully sinful I️ am. Especially after not dedicating time to Him and His Word. I️ am the worst of sinners, yet Jesus died for me exclusively out of love. I️ fail. He doesn’t. It’s that simple. His love is so grand and evident, it’s practically tangible. All I️ gotta do is reach out. Thanks KK.

It's amazing in its complexity and it's simplicity. The instrumentals on Zeal are the most beautiful I've ever heard. It sends calmness throughout my entire body and I instantly feel elevated and at peace, bringing me closer to God and reminding me of what to focus on.

I think it's so beautiful the journey you guys took in writing this album. I really relate. Unfortunately the first time around in my relationship with God, I did a lot of things wrong with the wrong attitudes, more along the typical "doing it for x reason instead of really God". However, there were also lots of beautiful times in that first attempt to be with God, and I think a common problem that a lot of believers face is that when we look back at our relationship with God we let the darkness of whatever mistakes or problems we had overshadow the lovely moments we had with God. I think what you guys captured in this album really acknowleges this kind of situation, but also calls out everyone to remember and seek the faith we once had when we first started out; to forgive ourselves and others for the mistakes we made along the way, and to forge a new path of faith with the knowledge we've gained and the courage, as Chad said, to get back into the fight. I think this album is so amazing in message and execution and I am so happy for the faith that has been restored

We were working a travel nurse jobs in WA at the time and I'd often find myself teary eyed remembering the experience. Thank you, again.

For me this record is really special, i was going through a rough time in my life and dealing with depression when the 3 parts of “the rush” released as a single... since then it has been my anthem for the entire 2019 till now... it helped me get up, dance in my storm, cry while feeling jesus redeeming me and literally touching me while healing my heart my emotions and everything! I loved this. It is real, HE is real. Our King truly is pouring out his spirit on to His servants. at 21 I had my first real pleading with The Lord, I was in a miserable situation of my own doing, but He answered , and I was on fire for Jesus. God puts a sheild around you for the fisrt few months , along with an unshakable joy and wisdom. You will just start ansering questions or just in conversation say something totally profund , and think "Man I this is good stuff, idk where it came from" Its The Holy Spirit Jesus promised He would send to dwell within us. I never stopped believing , but a strayed for almmost 10 years exactly , and just this past sunday He restored the joy of my salvation , and has made me hungry for His word. I put your music on in the car and sing and weep tears of joy. So be encouraged , you are sowing more seeds throughout the body of Christ than you have any idea of. Much Love!

Very creative! No boundaries here! Faith means believing without seeing. The movement in hopes of the brighter future. Action that isn't predicated on knowledge (it's there) but not conscious thought. Feel like the Christian is led by Godly Intuition not just conscious movement. Because mastery isnt conscious anymore, its intuitive. When you master something, it isnt just "how" you want it anymore but, "what" you want to say.

I absolutely love KK's work and how true this message is for Christianity today. Keep making music and sharing your message, currently have had Zeal on repeat since it was released and it never ever gets old.

I think your outlook is very brave and very honest while remaining in Christ. Its refreshing because it's what a lot of bands attempt to do but seem pretentious in every aspect of the word. I could be wrong but it's like they're talk about something in hope, in respect to where they are but, not necessarily something that they're actually in. Man, I saw this two days ago and I had to come back to say that I had the same kinds of dreams when I was a kid, this is the first time someone experienced something similar, I thought it was kind of crazy tbh. When I was little I suffered a lot at night, just a lot of fear, and the nightmares were the worst. A lot of distorted figures that made a lot "noise" visually, that were very violent to each other and that at the end, right before waking up, looked at me, like they were coming after me. But when I was born again (age 10), I prayed out of desperation and there was this kind of white sword that swiped and slashed through those demon looking things and it brought me peace and happiness. From that moment, I knew that Jesus was more than a name, more than a simple happy thing to think about. IT HAS POWER

I couldn't quite put it into words the first time I heard this album how it made me feel except for the nostalgia of walking into an arcade and listening to all the noises from the different cabinets. I really felt like I was walking into God's arcade as the sounds were drawing me in as each song was another room deeper and deeper into the childlike joy and wonder. New sounds, New levels.

Back again! Still commenting that I just barely started watching and I know it's gonna be 🔥!!!

Couldn't stop bawling when he was talking about how unqualified he feels at times despite his glorious talent. That he is also just messed up and in need of minute by minute grace but acknowledges how humbling his God-given role is which is to make life-changing music.
