Brandon finally gets to take the Yamaha aerox out and get some mild pulls on the 8.1 Full billet motor. Needless to say, she still needs tuning and a break-in but This thing has some Power! Brandon also shows off the new shoes and Smart carb. More Videos coming.

We build 135cc engines. Barrel and pistons on special order from Japan. 35mm kdx carb. Home made expansion pipe. 35bhp on the rollers and no it doesn't catch our Gilera sp180 pm tuning engine

That KOSO gauge cluster, I found mine during the Pandemic. Some scooter shop in Germany called Streetlights. Apparently Koso remade a bunch out of the blue because people kept asking for them. This is the whole scooter industry in a nutshell though..

I saw a guy do a shoot out on pretty much every available 2 stroke carb, and the results wee that the PWK airstriker was just better at the points of the rev range where it counts even than the Tillotsons, modified kart racing carbs, and Lectrons..

@@Scooterswapshop no i do not live in port land ,and don’t got an 8.1 . But an rc one with an 2 fast 100cc with an 47 stroke crank.2 fast 100 cc pipe with an 34 stage 6 pwk . The problem is that it lags power in the beginning but quarter of the way it just kicks in hard .but yours just got power from the beginning .thats why i asked what jetting did u tuned it.

you should get rid of the fairings on the handle bar and buy a new handle bar with a handle bar attachment

Removing the fairing will create wind drag.These bikes are tested on a wind tunnel

That Malossi mhr air filter is garbage pls change it. Had one on my build it only stops rocks from entering the carb.

@@Scooterswapshop have seen a 110cc Parma kit cylinder, not sure if it’s on a db40 cylinder or minerali but have seen fair few videos, if you search up on yt should come up, seems to have similar or even bit more than the 100 2fast kits, either way would be nuts to see in a scooter if needed I will find and link some videos of the kit

30 ish wheel hp, videos do not really do it justice. For instance a 500cc new ktm exc made 33whp

a gy6 is slow has about 6 hp this is 100cc 2t that has around 30hp

Bigger cooler would help but not allot the aerox doesn’t come with a fan i added a fan on the stock radiator and run a 94cc 2fast works perfect for me (the fan is from a Gilera runner btw)
