Sub can do 43 percent combos with Sonya. And he has a lot of tools that most people don’t realize.

@@BattleBrotherCasten he is maybe the worst ... but most of us are not playing in tourneys ...we are not a pro players ... there for ...i have a blast beating people in KL with subzero ... as he is the worst character ... most people doesnt know his moveset that well ... and he has no dmg ...but he has a lots of tools to work with... not to say ... this is the best skin in the game .

I bet khameleon gonna be fun. They need to turn some summons into ambush like frost ice spike and such. Even if you had to spend a full bar. I think it’s very interesting that tremor gets a ambush if he spend the whole bar

It’s not the most damaging but you can do a combo starter with his back 3 into tremor as well. For good mixups

I’ve spent a lot of time with Sub-Zero. His best pair up is with Sonya Blade. The majority of my combos do at least 40%, and only use one bar of meter.

@@Wolf07342 Gotta remember tho that combo damage/potential isn't the only thing that makes a good kameo. Goro has the ability to make subs unsafe strings safe which sonya cannot do. That's probably why he's more popular. He can do both things.

@@Reptile149 the key is to not use the air bounce. Use 2,1 in the air and use Sonya to continue from there. Then use enhanced air special, followed by ice slide.

I play as sub zero and I like him. I like everyone. Reptile having strings that look similar bother me and Shang combos only coming when he’s in old form in the only thing that I don’t understand why they are like that in this game.

How do you select your characters alternate colour at the rematch screen?

You have to go to your customizable character screen beforehand and favorite all the colors you want to switch between then at the top it’ll let you choose random which will alternate favorites in your matches.

Honestly I'm fine with scorpion and sub being bottom tier for one fucking time. It's something new for once but everyone complains so much about getting a new experience. Honestly I thought the card game community was the most whiney but nah its the fighting game community that takes the cake or at least the mk one. I've never seen more unqualified casuals complaining that the new game isn't exactly like the previous. These filthy casuals did my baraka so dirty. I bet they thought why is a lifelong jobber S tier this is an outrage, while forgetting this a new fucking timline and wont complain about good changes to their favorite character. I'm one of the filthy casuals but will admit that I shouldn't be vouging for the game to be changed to my benefit. Mk fans just really hate other players having fun when they don't agree what fun is.

@@grizzgreen6821 and there are some filthy casuals like myself ...someone who really likes subzero and scorp ...nitara being low tier ... cause that means very few will play them ... i generaly hate characters that everyone is playing ... and i really liked how Johny plays ... but since 60% of my matchups are Johny ... i never even tried him ..the same goes for Raiden ... so im playing the bottom characters :D and i dont get tired of subzero anytime soon ... so him being lowtier ... is what i like :D

@marekbabik2791 Honestly, I'm not being a smartass here, but good for you man. People are going to enjoy the game in differnt ways and that's a good thing. I always play baraka no matter what tier he is in, I'm a fanboy. To put into perspective how the nefs felt to me, imagine rooting for a sports team that's usually bad or sub par, and the moment they become top 5 they're told "No, all the other teams don't like you being top 5 so were going to make you worse" I never complained about the S tiers in previous games because I'm a filthy casual and I thought my opinion shouldn't be brought into consideration in terms of balancing the game. A lot of other casuals disagreed and were very vocal about what they thought the game should be like, and NRS just listened to them. Still playing my boy, but I miss the dmg monster he used to be
