The Amazing Iceline Trail in Yoho National Park

Next up during our time camping at Takakkaw Falls campground is the Iceline Trail. We had a small sample of it two days ago and it looked like it would be a great hike. Little did we know why it is really called the Iceline Trail. It wound up being an amazing trail that everyone should hike if you can get a chance! Just come on over to Yoho National Park and give it a shot! Sadly the road to the trailhead didn't open until late June so check their website for road conditions.

Thirty years from now, a small child will ask his mother, "Mom, what is a glacier? I've never seen anything like it!" And the mother will say, "The glaciers have all gone. The heat has eaten them up. But Jay, now an old man, went around the country with his camera back then to show everyone the beauty of nature with his films. Watch that!"

I did this hike very next day you recommended. What an amazing views!!! I did skyline one day for 30 miles hitchhiked to my car. Today I did Tent ridge trail. If you have height phobia, don’t even think about it. Another world.

Jay, my wife and i started following you last year when you started the AT. Then joined by Tina. We really enjoy your pics and video. My wife just bought a Canon Eos R8 along with a telephoto lens. I know you covered it in your early AT videos; but would you mind sharing once more what type of strap you use to mount your camera to keep it more stable?
