Shirley should be every presentation show announcer. I realized several years ago why my mother never discouraged me from practicing my tap dances while standing at a crosswalk or tapping when the light was green. I always loved Gene Kelly movies as a little girl, and then as an actor in non musicals. Bless your spirit Gene, and your family members.

Artistry is/was Gene Kelly Forgot the names of the two well known actors next to Donald O’Connor, Cyd Charise and Debbie Reynolds - who were not introduced???????

They were songwriters, not actors: Betty Comden & Adolph Green.
