love your content, always. thank you for the insights 🙏🏿✨ just a question regarding the food on the altar, what do you do to it after/following day? thank you in advance

At our home we eat the food from the altar, any member of the family is welcome to it.

The food can be left at your altar for a minimum of 15 minutes, whereafter it can be eaten by you or shared with family and friends. Large portions of food and snacks from the altar can also be given to those in need.

Liquid offerings like water, juice and tea can also be poured underneath a tree once removed from the altar.

I was doing rituals at this kraal where our umbilical cords are buried with my grandmother and brother burying all negative elements manifesting in our family as part of our winter solstice ritual. 🖤☀️🌝

In seTswana their is a certain phrase that we like to use "Soka/sogha," meaning be at distance. So it's interesting that the word "sokar" means the same in a way, like the seTswana word!

You have been such a blessing in my spiritual journey. Would you do a video on Dreams? I frequently have flying dreams, and unusual dreams in general. It would be great to know more about it since you lightly mentioned it here.

Do we bury the coffin in the ground in the garden or soil outside? Or is the act of closing the coffin the burial?

Gogo Mvula...I have found myself now questioning the story of immaculate conception. Was that not also like voodoo because conception is done through a physical act? I'm not throwing any ugly ideas I'm asking because I want to understand. It's just that I struggle to wrap that around my head.

These rituals almost seem very complicated and I naively I will say unnecessary since there are spiritual leaders that don't even know what is solstice and its importance. How do you know that these rituals are for you
