5:10 The chests are like that because when both chests of a dungeon were lined up to generate right next to each other on the wall, their positions are changed to be placed in between the wall & monster spawner, right next to each other (Can be offset from the monster spawner by 1 block, and they can't reach the monster spawner in 7x7 dungeons.), and prior to 1.13, chests in that placement would automatically connect & form a Double Chest, so no code was ever written to have the 2 chests be a double chest instead, and when 1.13 was released, no code was ever added to compensate for the changes to chest (Nor was any code added later.), resulting in chest placement that was intended to form a double chest not actually forming a double chest. Too long and didn't read: The chests are like that because they are supposed to form a double chest but changes made in 1.13 made the chests remain single chests even when in that position. I thought that chests are randomized for each time a seed is loaded by a player. Meaning, the chest loot you get when you play seed x, will likely differ from my loot for the same chest when I create a world using that seed.

Pause at 10:54 left hand side of the screen you can see calcite and smooth basalt! So you my friend have very easy access to even more amethyst for the allays!

Tip: make a red stone thing that repeats again and again and attach it to a bell the warden will get distracted and just look at the bell

in my world I got 5 enchanted golden apples before I got enough disk fragments for disk 5

I think you can still give allays an amethyst shard, to duplicate they need to be near a jukebox playing something

I panicked so many times when i explore the ancient city that i've spawned the warden five times

I was the one who found this update to this seed and it is amazing I found tons if diamonds good loot and two ancient cities next to them and it had my favorite music disc otherside.

There’s a chance of an ancient city chest you can get 3 notch apples. And if you can’t find ancient city’s easily save your world then copy it go into copy and into creative go to commands and type /locate ancient city I’ll be much easy. Hope this helps

Toycat, I feel like the ancient cities are too easy to explore, yes, easy. With night vision potions, slow falling potions, and ender pearls, you can avoid the Warden incredibly easily. This being said, I would encourage Mojang to keep the mobs spawning in the cities (currently a bug), as they can make it far more challenging and exciting to explore. For the folks that feel this would be too challenging, the Warden will also choose to target hostile mobs, should you teleport away, allowing you an easy exit.

Hey Toycat, are you aware that chest loot is not related to the seed? The loot is actually only randomly generated the moment you open one. This is why you can't open chests in spectator mode as the loot is not generated yet. You can try that by loading a world many times with the same seed and check the same chest every time. You will see that every time you open that chest you will get a different loot inside.

The only people angry about allays are the people who aren’t creative enough to find a use for them. I use them in mud farms, amethyst farms, tree farms, and building projects, it’s not hard to find a use for them
