Exactly elohim is plural as in many gods and it says that bene elohim mixed w daughter of men or sons of gods. People then believed in a pantheon of Gods and goddesses. You keep hearing them saying US in the Bible as well as elohim. Easiest way is to look it up online and read the Bible interlinear because then it becomes clear.

There are actually many gods. But there is only one Most High God whos name is YHWH. these other gods are just created by this One Most High God. These other gods are those who rebel and did not follow their creator and chief of the council in heaven.

You conveniently ommitted the fact that although Elohim is plural, every verb associated with Elohim is singular. Nice try. Even He's referred to as Adonai Elohim, which is singular and the only pronoun used for Him is the third person singular, "He/Him" and not "they/them", in the same Hebrew Bible you're quoting, but you're talking advantage of the ignorance of your audience.
