I don't think Natalie should've gone on this task and I don't think she should've been brought back in either. It should've either been Leah or Myles, Leah was the one who scared the bike lady off. She was very negative, unenthusiastic, what Natalie said wasn't bad at all. If what she said scared her off then the bike lady was just unreasonable. Kurt should've been fired alone, he didn't sell a single thing on that task and Natalie was not the lowest seller. All Kurt can actually do is drinks, I actually can't see him doing anything else. He and Natalie both stayed in the kitchen in episode 6, he got the measurements wrong in the 5th episode, Kurt was 100% responsible for this task, I would've fired just Kurt.

Nope - none of the other interviewers treat the candidates likes he does. He even said in this when saying he would fire them "I'm not sorry, but yes I'd fire you" - why say that? He has deliberatly cultivated this "oh i'm the outspoken rude judge" role that is in reality tv shows.

My point. He may purposely be rude on the show like Simon Cowell, maybe BBC told him to do it, or maybe he just does it to stand out. That does not mean he resembles that character outside of the show.

Those business people are so serious about everything that it is just unbearable. They should be working in a funeral house telling the dead how terrible their life and mistakes had been. They just can't have a laugh and a break.

Claude is so harsh and heartless. He is the type of person who can make a weak person commit suicide.

It was my point. The attitude you see in the show is just is not his real attitude, you were saying that he is rude, which he is on the show, but not necessarily in real life. You never specified in what context he was rude, which by default means you are talking about him as a whole and not on the show, which is where I disagreed.

Well you have to admit though, that a lot of the statements the candidates make are ludicrous. They can't even stand up to them. The only person who actually admitted he did it on purpose was Ricky Martin. And during the interviews he owned up and showed a very professional and credible attitude. When he did that, Claude became a lot softer. And he told Alan Sugar "I'm mesmerised by the guy".

I don't really get the dislike on Claude. Sure, he's quite dry and opinionated but that doesn't make one a horrible person. JoeNumberwang You're right, no one else does, because they all look for different things. You look at any series and you'll find the different interviewers test them in different ways. There's always the details person, who can test their knowledge, catch them out on a lie or pick apart small flaws that the candidates don't see. Then there's the person who tests the personality of the candidates, what drives them, how personable they might be and what they would be like to work with. You often also have somebody who will question the candidates on their skill set who would be able to deduce whether they thought they had the ability to do certain things. Then you have Claude, who strips away the bullshit and bravado and sees how the candidates react under pressure. You find that the people Claude tends to soften to by the end of the interview (like Ricky the previous year) are those who are capable to keeping their composure as he tears into them and explain their points in articulate and clear manner.

Are you trying to tell me all billionaire business men and women are rude? Highly doubtful - you watch all the previous Apprentice interview episodes with him in, he is always incredibly rude to candidates especially in comparison to the other interviewers.
