If I had long legs like that I would be good at kicking 45's too but unfortunately I am 5'6. Sporting ability is rigged by your genetics, I would say it is 70% genetics and 30% hard work.

Your talkin pure shite. It has nothin to do with genetics. Ive seen lads 5 foot nothin hit a 45 and ive seen lads six and a half feet hit them just aswell. Its all down to how much time and practice you put in
