Hands and Needles, The Art of Tattoo presents: The Master Builder, part 1 with Sailor Kea.
Discover Sailor Kea, the former tattooist who became a builder, between his studio in Montpellier and the Mondial du Tatouage 2017, for which he made the trophies with the help of Caro "Mademoiselle à les Nerfs".
In his youth, Bruno Kea moved to Tahiti where he fell in love with the Polynesian culture. He meets Chimé with whom he will return to Europe to develop his career as a tattoo artist.
Passionate about making and perfecting tattoo machines, Bruno will become over the years a "Builder" and its dermographers will be recognized worldwide for their quality and durability.
With the Tanouki, his barge turned into a floating tattoo shop, Sailor Kea also sailed on the canals of France before setting up his workshop in the old Montpellier where he warmly welcomed us.
A sincere and humble testimony on a search for knowledge and sharing.
