Appreciate the information on the ratio of fuel to air. Working on trying to tame the flame.

@TheCoalDragonForge2 жыл бұрын
@@Keith_the_knife_freak so without seeing your forge set up assuming you built it yourself there is a square inch to torch ratio if your forge box is to big for your torch it will never get hot enough. Send me an email to Coaldragonforge@gmail.com send me some pictures

I will try to put a bigger nossle on my burner today. I live at see level. And see if that's gets better. I also see someone mentioned the cone of the flame going from bluish to a bit more greenish. When running the forge rich.

Hey great video man... Just fired up my forge for the first time. Flame was just going out the top no jet whatsoever. Took me a bit to realize i had to unscrew the air choke a little bit smh. Do you have any videos of common mistakes to avoid like mine?

I have an nc forge dual burner. Just got it running today. Couldn’t get the cone flame no matter what I did. Was able to heat up a railroad spike but was so slow. Running a bbq style regulator on a 50 lb bottle. Could get close to come then would pop and backfire. Any help from anyone would be much appreciated!
@TheCoalDragonForge3 жыл бұрын
I think your problem is that regulator. You want one you can adjust higher. Naturally aspirated you want at least 20psi. Lower if your forge cubic inches is small. You can find a regulator on Amazon pretty cheap one with a gauge
