I honestly don't get the hate with Jacob. He's my favorite out of all the Assassins in the franchise. I like his humor.

He was humorous and professional. Charismatic as well. Many newer assassins lack that really. Ezio, Altair and assassins from Rogue and the third game are really ones who I like personally. Each one has some sass and personality. Other, hell no...

@@jonasharrisjr3109 Edward is not terrible tho. I just don't like a bit of overall plot. Other assassins can be great in other aspects tho. Like in Rogue there is a good drama and romance, and Edward and Jacob being a good goofie example. But like In Walhalla mc feels more plastic. That's what I mean

Ironically, I believe this was always the case to begin with? At least, Altair and Ezio were supposed to blend in the crowd, something that's been lost to translation over the sequels.

Both Bayek and Jacob had overwhelmed charisma. Newer assassin's lack that and somewhat turns out be pretty generic type. Old ones like Ezio , edward, Conor were badasses

Being from Crawley I was so excited to play as assassins from my home town, then they ended up being two of the least interesting assassins in the whole series 😂 did still enjoy the game though

He’s an assassin that’s finished EVERY SINGLE TARGET in one try sometimes in private sometimes in disguise meanwhile evie fails all but one of her assassinations and whines because Jacob does his job…which is to kill templars while she hunts for the shroud her way and tries to fuck Henry 🤦🏾♂️

@@itselliebeans6623 Jacob was doing what assassins do KILLING TEMPLARS HE’S ASSIGNED TO. Yea the consequences were bad but that’s just how deep rooted the templars were simple as that ;and the rooks were necessary regardless since even without all the Templar foot soldiers and brutes they still have an entire gang of their own under their control and unless two twins and a guy who “isn’t cut for field work”(his own words) they ain’t getting anywhere close without the rooks. And evie legit went around doing missions to find the shroud which led to confrontations in which she either didn’t get the shroud or she didn’t kill her target and then the cycle repeats of her calling getting close and cuddly with Henry ,going to investigate,getting a piece of information instead of the entire thing she went there with Henry for because she A sold and couldn’t seal the deal on killing the Templar infront of her or B she aborts the mission the go get Henry.(I literally beat the game a few days before entering this thread she really failed the same assassination 2-4 times )
