1:06 Interesting is that on Falchion Ace, which is a bit cheaper model because it can be connected only by cable, you can chose two angles to adjust

Is the keyboard stable and is the durability good? Also, is it fast and has a low input delay? I want a good gaming keyboard should I get the Steel series Apex pro-TKL or the keyboard you have (Asus ROG Falchion)?

I recently purchased this keyboard. The instructions have disappeared and the ones that I have printed out online. Need a magnifying glass and I still can't read them. I do not know how to change the functions of the keys like for the macros or any of the F keys etc. Maybe you have a video or know oof one?

Hey man! awesome review. I'm also coming from a huntsman TE and is debating whether I go with the falchion or the hyperx origins 60. The falchion does feel I bit scratchy did yours ended to be smoother? How does the switches compare to the hyperx linear?

Hey :) yea, the Falchion did end up smoothing out a bit. I felt like the Hyper X linear was smoother out of the box, but the wireless capability and long battery life of the Falchion won me over.

Of course my and mine only experience but heads-up: Keyboard looks good but overall feeling is killed (Mx red)by metallic sound from the plate while typing (actually using upper keys). Sensorcontrol not always responsive + size&form - price Go with Scope TKL silent red

can you swap keycaps on it, I am using one right now and wondering if i can use hyper x or razer key cap upgrade

You sure can but it can be difficult to find the right keycaps for this board. It has standard cherry MX switches. So any keycaps that are MX stem compatible will be okay. One thing to watch for is that OEM (standard) profile keycaps are higher than Cherry profile keycaps so if you can’t replace all keycaps because of the small space bar, backspace, enter and shift keys on this keyboard you may have some keys higher than others.

why no ones talking about function key lock feature on this keyboard? can you still use symbols on number keys when fn toggled?

Yes I agree I didn't mention this here, I will take note of that for the future! The main reason is that I found that the function lock feature blocks me from using the numbers which I personally use much more in work and gaming than the function keys :)

I have this keyboard and I love this keyboard however typing is a nightmare on it being 60% I would recommend this keyboard if you already have a full or tkl board not a standalone board however I rate the keyboard 9.5/10 only gripe being that it's hard to type accurately on it

Thanks for watching! I agree smaller sized keyboards especially ones with slightly different layouts can be harder to type on at first! But once you get used it to it, it’ll get much better!

Does your keyboard make metallic ping noise when knocking back of it or typing with it? Just got mine and it does it. It is very annoying and im consider to returning it.

There is a slight noise, but every keyboard will have a reverb from the backplate to a certain extent. Just depends on what you are comfortable with.

@@MoeTechReviews Do you think that it will be fixed by putting some foam into it? My old keyboard doesnt make that noise and because im typing a lot (programmer) silence is big point for me.

Yes a layer of foam inside keyboard can help lower the reverb. What is your old keyboard?

@@MoeTechReviews Some old 60€ mechanical with cherry mx brown. I dont even remember its name. I will try put some foam into it and let you know how it is after that.

Update: Foam did help just a little bit. That pinging noise is still too load compared to price of the keyboard. I’m going to return it because of that. TLDR; This keyboard is good in any other way, but it makes little metallic pinging noise which can be very annoying if you are typing without headset.

How to charge this keyboard when using a wireless?, and the switch is available only on cherry red mx or it can be changed in other switches other than that

how can you say that the wireless is good in gaming as any wireless mouse as you don't test the latency of the keyboard ? That means nothing without the latency test in wireless and wired. You also don't show under the spacebar which is an important piece of the keyboard.

ROG lists the latency for wireless on this keyboard as 1ms which is the same as or better than most wired keyboards. It definitely feels as good as any wireless mouse. What it means is that I didn’t face any input delay or lag when playing Warzone in almost 100 hours of gameplay.

@@MoeTechReviews Thank you for your reply. yeah but how can we know if that 1ms is marketing or reality ? I wish you could have a test like rtings does in order to check if Asus is doing a real 1ms. I am hesitating to buy this keyboard but because of no proof of latency I am still avoiding it. I don't know if it is difficult for you but for next reviews it would be super great to check that kind of latency. Best regards & good vibes on your KZfaq channel.

Thanks for the suggestion, I currently do a lot of gameplay testing but I can look into adding some value based testing! Yea I understand the concern. 1 ms is excellent for competitive and I think ROG is pretty reliable in terms of their numbers. I haven’t seen them put 1 ms on all their keyboards. I have actually ended up making this keyboard my daily driver, it may not be the fastest out their but the features are hard to come by right now. I only play competitive games, so within my daily real life testing I found it to be awesome. Thanks a lot for watching and your suggestions I appreciate it.

No this keyboard can’t do that, it only connects through the USB dongle. I’m looking to feature a Bluetooth keyboard on the channel within the next few weeks though! :)

@@MoeTechReviews I'll tell you my setup: I have a lg 27GN950B which is 4k and 144 htz, and I have a Razer siren x and kilo And ROG Baltus rgb gaming mouse pad And a rog strip go 2.4 ghz which is a gaming headset And for my mouse I have a chakram, and a for the keyboard, I have a Falchion rog keyboard.
