This season, Nick Marshall's Arena Football team, the West Texas Desert Hawks, folded mid-season due to issues with the AFL.

Stole the money out of teammates lockers in the locker room. Inexcusable. Richt was often accused of being too tolerant , too forgiving, too understanding. But that crap can’t ever happen in a locker room.

This dude played high school ball one county over from me at Wilcox Co. They won a single A state championship his junior year and his senior year they scheduled my Alma mater Fitzgerald High which is a AA powerhouse. We dropped 63 on em and the refs had to stop the game with a little over 2 minutes left because of all the cheap shots from Wilcox. In the handshake line Nick punched one of our coaches which started an all out brawl. He was also suspended from the basketball team for starting a fight. You can’t coach character you are who you are.

It already stated he was in possession of a modified automatic pistol. The last part saying a sawed off shotgun, rifle, dangerous weapon or silencer means the pistol was a “dangerous weapon”. Also a sawed off shotgun isn’t any more dangerous than any other shotgun and is legal to own if you pay the ATF $200 it’s magically not dangerous or “sawed off” anymore. It becomes a short barreled shotgun.
