What are the bad effects of removing baffles. Will it ruin your engine

Love your videos Ryan! Think I've got and idea as to the answer to my question(s) but as you offer the most credible tips and explanations that I have found here, I'll ask outright. I have a 2003 HD XLH 883 with stock exhaust. #1 Will removing baffles from the muffler increase performance? #2 Will removing baffles do any harm to my bike! Thank you for your great videos! Do baffles dampens the heat the rider feels as well?

I have a 2011 Honda interstate 1300 with cobra pipes I took one baffle out and can't get other out will it hurt to drive it that way for a while cause I've drove it a few times and it feels faster definitely louder

That being said if you want louder (remove baffle)

I have a little Suzuki gz250. Stock pipe and I cut the last 6ish inches off to remove the baffle as it seemed welded in place. Will this harm my bike being just straight pipe now? So far I’ve only put an hour ride time on it and seemed ok.
