オープン前の忙しい時間にも関わらず、丁寧に説明をして、手順をみせて、焼き上がりの窯から出すタイミングでさえ時間をかけて撮影に付き合ってくれるオーナーさんの丁寧さと心遣いがパン作りにも本当に表れていると思います。本当に素晴らしいお店ですね😊✨

I agree. I think his bread definitely look the most appetising of all the bakery videos. I would love to taste some of them such as the orange compote danish and the almond twists. He works at a break neck pace though. Not sure how he can do this day in day out. Hard work!
