Newbie here....for the third quilt, the white and teal triangles...did you sews "V's" by rotating the quit or did you sew straight lines stopping in the middle? If that latter, do you tie your tail ends?

Awesome Video! I don't care for free motion, I love all these! My fav is the first one with the orange and red, but do you need to adjust tension at all? Or just a walking foot?

Great video. Thank you for all those ideas. When using decorative stitches, as you did on the last quilt you showed in this video with the wave stitch, do we need to use a regular foot? Or can a walking foot handle decorative stitches as well?

I have used the walking foot and wave stitch together. If you use a walking foot matching your machine brand, the opening for the needle in the walking foot should match the biggest width of your stitches eg. 5mm width stitch machine with 5mm width walking foot, or 9mm with 9mm width walking foot.

The pen is called Frixion! It is awesome and erases with the iron. You just have to be careful when you use it on dark fabrics as it can leave a little white line behind. Just do a small test spot first to see if it leaves any reside and you should be fine. :)

I did your SL and I keep getting puckers. Any way to keep the puckers out? I had my quilt all flat until I started the quilting, but I had to take out stitches trying to get the puckers out and that was a pain.....LOL Any suggestions?

You need to use a walking foot, so both sides of the quilt is sewn at the same tension, no puckers🤔

@@dominiquevillamizar3012 That didnt work, as I did use my walking foot and set the tension higher so stitches wouldnt be so tight, still puckered.
