If each small box represents 0.04 sec and there is 25 boxes in a big box doesn’t it equal = 1 sec and not 0.2Sec?? Or am I misunderstanding??

So both atria contract a little earlier that do the two ventricles?

+Max Webster This activates the AV node.[1] The atrioventricular node delays impulses by approximately 0.12s. This delay in the cardiac pulse is extremely important: It ensures that the atria have ejected their blood into the ventricles first before the ventricles contract.

The Max : Yes, atria contract earliar than ventricles. At first, SA node is activated which causes atrial depolarization. Then AV node is deploarized to send impulses to ventricles.

Samina Thapaliya perhaps because its inverted, as impulses are mostly traveling away from it since its looking at the heart from the right atrium; where the SA node is

Sorry for the delay in responding - I am kind of bias so not the person to ask. It's not a traditional old fashioned medical school where you are spoon fed everything - it's ethos it to develop you in to and independent learner and a prepared foundation doctor
