Where does a person find companies looking for eb3 unskilled, skilled workers. I have searched and searched the internet and cant find any except lawyers advertising their businesses

Oh! That is a good idea . . . I will do a separate one on the "Timeline / Backlogs" for each of the 3 steps . . It is STEP 3 where people from India and China (currently) wait a looooong time. Thanks

The queue info is in the "Visa Bulletin" Google "Visa Bulletin" and try to make sense of it. It is one screwed-up bureaucracy created mess of a document. If you cannot make sense of it, I can explain it for free. Start with an email: immigration.art@gmail.com

After step one and two, is it possible to for a U.K citizen to move to the U.S to start employment with the company who offered me sponsorship whilst I await decision of step 3? I have been offered employment but the deal breaker is how fast I can get there (to the U.S) legally. Thank you Arthur

The wait times are always the deal breaker. If you can get here in only one of the two temporary work visa categories that allow you to enter during Step 3, then you can do it. The two temporary work visa categories are H-1B and L-1

*Ugh* AUDITS! Every audit is different. The DOL can ask about anything -- there is no "general" video topic -- each audit is an individual Frankenstein Monster in its own right . . . We try like hell to avoid audits . . . Do it once, do it right, get it approved, move on . . . But, audits do happen . . . Even for us. And we obsess over everything to try and avoid them!
