"Practice with a blindfold on and you'll never be in the dark" and "You can have many basses but you can only play one at a time" Both can be applied to life in general! Thank You Divinity, this was a great video ❤️

Touring with Vic and can't even keep the bank account in the positive. Sad how super talented & successful people in music still have financial hardship. Glad she got what she deserves!

The most super talented people can go broke real quick if they’re not doing commercial music. Take British guitar genius Allan Holdsworth for instance. He passed away about 4 years ago at age 70, and his family had to rely on crowdfunding to pay for his funeral.

@@terrypussypower And people thing this is how today's music industry is but back in '66 when Cream covered Skip James' I'm So Glad, Clapton sent all the royalties to his family because they were broke AF!! The music industry as a whole is just a shark infested cesspool!!

@@G60syncro Yeah... Clapton is a class act through and through. He was always very transparent about the fact that his solo's hits were all JJ Cale's songwriting, and even put JJ on the spot in his own festival. Wished every big star was like him :(

Wow! How did I miss this artist? She's an excellent player, unique technique, great singing voice, fun personality! Obviously, she's been established for some time to have major companies custom build basses for her (as GIFTS, no less!) I will keep my eye on her to make some major headlines in the bass world! Thanks for bringing Divinity Roxx to my attention, Scott!
