Baron Seal is the easiest among all Baron (Archangel & Donut Peng doesn't count yet) so it is pretty easy to farm the orb. I think I spend only 6 hours straight for 100 clears which is an acceptable playtime. At least, it faster than Le'Grim normal run and less cancerous than Horrorpotamus (no rush strat). We still have MegaMooth left which is... the most cancerous one :/

My start-up method
The start-up method is the most important part for the SpeedRun strat. You just have to make Can Can last-shot 2 Mistress Celeboodles for money so you can spawn Ubers really fast and end the run super quick. On 100th run is my perfect start-up, you can go and check it.
After I do some calculation, it turns out that you need HYPERBOOSTED Can Can that can deal more than 108k DAMAGE in a single hit to one-shot Mistress Cele. The minimum requirement for Can Can Level is 50(+54) with full Attack Up Talented. I'm pretty sure 95% of you guys can't reach this level so you have to figured out someway. If you play the stage a lot (like I am), you can find the best way to do it. You can just do a normal run or Cyberpunk stack if you want but it might take a bit of time to build up.
Step-by-step
- Firstly, upgrade Worker to Lv2 and wait for 1st Gabriel
- When Gabriel reach and attack the base, send out Can Can and knock it back
- After it get kb, send out 2 Richball to protect Can Can. Make sure to spawn them after Gabriel get kb. Otherwise, Richball will start the attack animation and refuse to move forward.
- After send out 2 Riceball, upgrade Worker to Lv4
- Wait until Shibalien attack Can Can twice. When 1st Can Can get kb, send out another Can Can immediately.
- Normally, Can Can should kill Shibalien before 2nd Gabriel arrives but they spawn at random rate. If that happened, send some Riceball and hope for the best.
- If you kill Shibalien before 2nd Gabriel arrives, Can Can should kill the 2nd Gabriel too
- At this moment, Mistress Cele might spawn now. Let both Can Can go and got killed by Cele
- Spawn 1 ms then Can Can then Dasli when Cele reach the base. You must spawn Dasli before Cele dies. You'll spawn Dasli and money immediate max (at $10500) again because Can Can kills Cele.
- Spam Ramen and send out Mitama/Mami/another Can Can after that.
- When you clear out the doge, 2 Can Can will stack together. The 2nd Cele might spawn at the moment and let Can Can kill her for more money. One Can Can will block the attack while other one land a hit.
- After get more money, send out Eva-02/Subaru and spam Maximum
- If everything turns out successful, you can send out all Ubers at really short time.
Extra Note: For some run, there is a chance that Calamaria land a hit on Eva-02. You can see it at 13:22 and 15:16. Eva-02 has quite short standard range (400) and move quite fast so it got hit by Calamaria sometimes which is really good thing because Eva-02 can survive and hit and then active the strength that DOUBLE its damage and kill Baron Seal even faster.
