The troops don't ignore you in vanilla, it's not the game that makes them do that, it's the mods.

you had delegate command on so u would issue a command and then the ai troops would put it back @2:20:54

Once you take Italy it only make sense for Metellinus to follow his destiny bestowed by the gods , to become the sun god emperor and restore the Empire back to its former glory and show the world that HE …is the only True son of Roman . Love the series P.S. ALL HAIL EMPEROR METELLINUS

I guarantee the mods are why your troops don't listen, base game works just fine on mx army fights.

Bro it's not because of bannerlord that they won't climb the leaders, they climb just fine in vanilla.

Make a new group transfer your stuck troop to it it will fix your problem most of times
