To be fair - those badits were fewer in numbers and vranik was empty few weeks ago. So with the amount of army that they brought, it wasnt much threat. If you go to vranik before completing monastery/pious quest you´´ll find it empty and overgrown with weeds.

Yeah, it's the only heavy shield with the Skalitz motif. I thought about it for the shield but it's a bit too long to do just for that.

If you're clever and stick to fighting enemies that are already engaged then the battles are much easier. But hitting friendlies is a big issue when they run across you, that's what kept happening after we broke into the upper palisade so I didn't get too many kills.

Yeah that was pretty sappy. And Henry's lack of reaction to this reveal was rather odd. A few times he was confused how he should refer to Lord Rad... his father but that was it. They just didn't do anything at all with this revelation, which should have been deeply shocking to a peasant kid. Henry essentially shrugged his shoulders and got on with business as usual like a robot.

It was an open secret among the nobility. I guess that back then having a kid out of wedlock with a peasant girl wasn't rare. I see it as a neat little plot justification for the player being given special treatment that no normal person would've got, like being accepted into the guard and how Capon rants about this. The bit with Istvan *is* a bit contrived and forced, but again plot reasons so you could get the big reveal I guess.

I suppose that makes sense, bastardy was a serious thing but I suppose since they’re minor lords it isn’t as serious. It does give the plot justification which is cool to think about. Hope in the next game they expand on Henry’s blue blood

@@IQXLYI I have bad news for you then. It doesn't look like the actor who played Henry is interested in doing the role again and the next game is supposed to have a new protagonist.

I had one case where I replay large chunks of the trebuchet mission because I talked to Robard after he started walking to shoot the trebuchet. That bugs him apparently, so that was annoying to have to redo.
