The creation of my drink with liquid nitrogen at The Bazaar @ SLS by Jose Andres www.thebazaar.com in Beverly Hills - probably the coolest restaurant experience I have had since the French Room at the Adophus in Dallas last year. The food was great, the atmosphere awesome and my friend Sharene and I were treated like queens by the staff. If you have a chance go, it's worth every penny!
FYI they have have the poshest restrooms I have ever seen!
