New subscriber here Sam, I applied for the prison service 27 years ago as a 20 year old, done the role plays and interviewes luckily I was told come back in a few years to try again after a bit more life experience, thank god I didn’t bother, you deserve a medal for putting up with all the @unts

Your a great bloke Sam. I admire your restraint i seriously do!! Our laws and court system are seriously broken. Just being in the presence of some of these scum must try your patience and sanity. Obviously Sam has been behind the walls and witnessed how these disgusting people are catered for , I have no doubt that as a real man working in that environment… IT WOULD TURN YOUR STOMACH . Unfortunately there are no more old school screws left I'm a ex con got all the time in the world for them the only screws I never got on with are the same ones the screws hated most of the ones you have got now I wouldn't leave them in charge of a bin bag I've been out now for five years

I had a massive problem with a family when I was young the father was the instigator of the trouble and one day I has a scrap with him I was 17 he was 41 we were both arrested and dna prints taken he was a taxi driver and his dna flagged up for a serious sexual assault and violent attack on a lady who was disabled and suffered with terrible palsy he was given 18 years for that and while I all 4 of his children came forward with serious crimes against them he had gotten one daughter pregnant 3 times from the age of 14 to 20 his name was Steve Andrews absolute monster not sure if he's out now

I agree Sam. Should've been sentenced to life to protect the public. The thought of his move to cat D then release is frightening. Those in trusted positions of authority like prison staff and police who commit these types of offences make me so sick.

I was at the newest female prison in Sydney,Australia at the time called Dillywnia. This white over weight in his 50s guard. Use to creep around trying to sneaky watch strip searches. And he would try and say he thought i had something on me and want to pat search me down. Which is illegal in Australia for a male guard to touch a female.I got 6 months segro for reporting this high ranking creep guard. They said i was lieing i wasn't he raped 2 women that had told me. Two years ago he finially got caught a woman had a mobile phone snuck in and filmed him attacking her. It only made the the 4th page of the paper 16 woman he attacked and 3 got pregnant. The girl who filmed it got an extra year for sneaking a phone in a prison. But had it kicked out on appeal. In Australia they put these creep guards on paid leave. And then sneakily get ride of them. All hush hush. He had worked in the male prison for over 20 years then 7 years in women's. I thought it would make the news for sure put it never does in Australia.
