You missed one major thing with Beowulf, by the way. For some reason, when you get Mirage Shot with this aspect, the second burst per cast it gives doesn't get its damage reduced. This means that it's literally just doing 2 full casts per cast.

also list of things that pierce shields (expand it if i missed something): seeking arrows (artemis cast, call and support fire boon) things that fall (rail special, dionysus boon) fidget spinners (ares call + cast) charged shot (shield hammer upgrade, bull rush becomes a fucking gun that does base 80 damage)

Actually, for the fists, the weapon intended to be the cast weapon was talos, funnily enough, but honestly it is so hard to get the damage bonus in effect and its so small that the most effective way to use it isnt even with casts, so I understand the confusion. Also fun fact about beowulf shield, the artemis poseidon duo boon is glitched on it, so rather than the second cast dealing 30 percent damage, it deals full damage. Try it with dionysis cast on it and with a lucky run the damage gets big fast.

My last 2 runs are the only runs ive actually started properly using casts in,im 21(?) attempts in with 3 wins,i got trippy shot because i needed it for the prophecies,and it was super fun,i died on hades tho cause im bad lol,next run i got demeters,and oh wow it was amazing

This video is quite lovely, but I do have some critique, primarily aimed at the hera bow section. First of all, having played both poseidon and hera a reasonable amount, I can confirm that hera is significantly better that poseidon. But second and more importantly, Id like to shed light on the particular build hera uses, that being with aphrodite cast, or as its called, crush shot. This is far and away the best cast on hera, everything else gets completely blown out of the water. It causes extremely high damage very fast and is very consistent, with very few real flaws. And theres another part to this, being snow burst. Snow burst actually works EXTREMELY well on hera, allowing you to very easily kill off smaller enemies without wasting the time to fire at them. Aphrodite cast and snow burst make hera so broken, and it stands toe to toe wth beowulf and achilles for sure. Aside from the hera section however, I really found nothing of note to critique! This was a nice video, and you certainly did your research on a lot of things. Im just very critical when it comes to hera bow related things specifically, due to my immense experience with it, as I've speedran with it for multiple years now. Apologies if any of this came of as overly critical though!

hera should replace achilles, achilles focus mainly on the attack, while hera focus on the cast. crushed shot+snow burst+privileged status combo is strong and consistent on hera
