Hey I know this is off-topic and you get a lot of suggestions but I was wondering if you were ever going to do "The Beauty of Better Call Saul". Maybe you don't have the time to get into it but some of the shots really are so beautiful and creative. Honestly you don't even have to do a video about it I can't even imagine the work it takes to put one out on a TV show but if you loved Breaking Bad and it's cinematography you should definitely check it out!

@@JohnDoe-kf7md why don’t you look at what they did to the doomsday clock yesterday…..also look at the May 2022 Economist magazine cover. Research the Euphrates River drying up and lake mead drying up plus the other 300 rivers drying up. Research the over 100 food processing plants that have mysteriously burned to the ground last year in the USA alone and that doesn’t include world wide. Research the significance of the pure red heifers being born and flown to Israel and the 3rd temple. Research the increased amount of earthquakes that are happening. You must have your eyes closed because God is shaking this world trying to get your attention to wake up. There is so much more happening today than when I posted this-you must be blinded to this world.

In my opinion, one of the greatest examples of showing a psychological post-apocalyptic world instead of meteors and zombies. How one of the most powerful, crushing horrors of ´´not knowing´´ deteriorates and morphs human civilization.

The best show to ever hit television and as someone here said, massively overlooked. Such a beautiful show, really pulls on the heart strings especially when the music hits in those moments, you know what I'm talking about, Max Richter's music is amazing. I'd usually never watch a show like this, but I loved every minute of The Leftovers. IMO Lindelofs best work. The directing, acting, writing, not to mention the Soundtrack by Max Richter. It's all so damn good. I don't even care how underappreciated it is. I'm happy I was able to see this show.

Damon Lindelof is most associated with Lost, but this is his masterpiece. Never have I seen something that made me cry multiple times in a singular episode.

This show left a hole in my heart that will never fill. I rank other shows agaisnt it. I actually class time before and after it. It resonated with me in a way no TV show ever has. I feel like it was made just for me.

A perfect series that expresses what living with loss is like. In a way it reflects what’s going on right now in 2020. Most people think Watchmen was Damon Lindelof’s redemption for all the hate he got from Lost. I think that redemption came from The Leftovers first.

Not a show about action and thrills. If you go into this expecting Sci Fi, you will be disappointed. This is a show about humans. A show that explores grief, pain, fear, happiness and love. It is the greatest character study ever made. It is the best show ever made.

It is shocking that this series isn’t mentioned in the same breath as Sopranos, Breaking Bad etc. absolute 5 star drama. How a programme can get so crazy into the third season and not seem silly is testament to the writers, Leftovers is worthy of every award available

You have to do a part 2 for this, man. There's enough material in season 3 alone: - the shots of Matt and Nora playing Matt Libs in the finale - the shot of Nora in the hotel as the sprinklers turn on (different from the close-up that you showed) - the wide shot of Kevin jumping into the lake to check if it's poisoned - the shot of Kevin Sr. by the burning car - the wide shot of Kevin Sr. talking to Christopher Sunday in the yellow room - the shot of Kevin Sr. passing out by Jane's shrine - the shot of Kevin falling backwards into the pond on the waterboard - Kevin descending into the presidential bunker - the wide shots of the landscapes and the ark in S3E6 - Laurie going scuba diving - Laurie outside the restaurant in red light while she's on the phone with Kevin telling him he didn't see Evie - Kevin and Nora dancing under the lights at the wedding - THE FINAL SHOT OF THE SERIES?? OF THE DOVES COMING BACK?? How could you forget that one? There's so many beautiful images from this show burned into my mind that I can recall them from memory. Please dude, there's so much more beauty from this show. I haven't even mentioned what you could've used from season 2. I'll even work with you to find more material for another video. I just love The Leftovers so much.

I have such a hard time getting other people to watch this show. I get why it isn't for everyone but those who watch it know how amazing it really is. An out of the box, daring and emotional experience

I watched this show during a really dark place in my life. Depressed, grieving my mother, lonely. I can’t even express how much this show helped me moving on. There’s no zombies, no dragons, no vikings… but there’s humans. Thank you for this beautiful tribute.

It is in my list as one of the greatest series I have watched in my life. It also introduced me to the genius that is Max Richter. This series was a masterpiece, I’m sad that it didn’t get the recognition it deserved but I am always shocked by the fans of the show. The love from people who watched is incredible and it goes to show that even without multiple awards, it touched people in another level that is indescribable. I don’t know what about this show hit me harder...the large percentage of the population that we saw suffering or the small 2% that we never really thought about until the end.

This show hit me in the deepest place of my memory, mind and feelings. Nothing compares. It's existential, it's profound, it's nostalgic, it made me grieve for my late father and dog, remember my childhood, regret my failed love, it put me in a state of being I have never felt outside psychedelics.

After this and s01 true detective it just doesn’t work to compare other shows to what these are Excellence. Yellowjackets is pretty damn good though. Season 2 is either going to be a home run or a strikeout.

My absolute favorite show of all time. The cinematography improved so much in season 2, and then when characters went to Australia in season 3, it just got unbelievably gorgeous.

This show has the best emotional scenes i can think of. Many TV shows (like GOT red wedding etc) have similar amazing emotional bombs but this show left me emotional on a whole different level. Like let me cry my eyes out and remember my late dog and late father while watching this episode kind of emotional. While a tv show can make you care about the characters etc rarely a tv show can make you rethink your past life and stuff like that. This show does that.

I wish i were better with words but idk how to describe the feelings/experience the leftovers gave me. Those feelings played on repeat in my head for months after finishing it and this video brought all of them flooding back. Max Richter is a genius and has created some of the most beautiful songs ive ever heard. Its like the soundtrack he composed is perfectly in synch with Damon Lindelofs vision. Beautiful cinematography and easily my favorite soundtrack. Truly a masterpiece and one of a kind

This show is much more than a show. It’s prophetic. The Guilty Remanent exist (Think Climate Protesters etc) There is something from Kevin and Nora’s life we can all identify with. It’s deeply spiritual, apocalyptic and inspiring. In my humblest opinion, it’s the greatest show ever made.

The camera focuses so much on the character’s faces. It works in the film’s favour, as it truly highlights the emotions displayed in an artful way.
