Great video! Just a quick question im still really new to the pc building process especially since coming from console so i have to ask. Will this pc build be able to run huge mod packs (all the mods 9) which has 400+mods with high demand shaders perfectly fine with great fps? or are there any tweaks I should make to the build? I just built a pc a bit under 1000$ but i managed to get rx 6800 xt and ryzen 5 7600 i know that there is almost no difference in performance between these cpus but 5 7600 has that integrated gpu in case something is not right with your gpu and you need to diagnose the problem. Other than that most parts are the same but i also had ssd from my previous pc and used stock cooler so i saved quite a bit on that

Hi scattervolt, I was wondering if you had a recommendation for the chapest rig I can build with a 7800x3d, It's my dream processor and I'm an overwatch player (which is a heavy CPU game). I wish to play the game in the lowest graphic settings and lowest render scale, 1920x1080p. But I want it to run at 500+fps stable with OBS and a couple of chrome tabs. What is the best budget options for the 7800x3d and my specific requirements? Also do not intend to do any heavy 3d modeling etc. Just normal OBS and simple editing softwares.

Good video not a bad build. could make some changes if you wanna go with a after market GPU for some better price to performance. But wouldn't change anything else. Ive found a 3080 ti for 300 bucks

The Silicon Power RAM packaging says it supports XMP standards but doesn’t mention EXPO. Any issues with the Silicon Power RAM and the MSI board when it comes to setting EXPO, since the MB manual says it supports AMD EXPO but no mention of XMP?

That card won’t come out until summer of 2025 at the earliest. Nvidia will hold off on releasing that card until everyone buys up their more expensive offerings first.

I need help! I have follow the instructions exactly. I purchased all the hardware from the list, put the PC together and started it up. Then got to the part that I need to hook up the ethernet cable. This thing will not recognize the ethernet. It has a port on back for ethernet that say 2.5G and that's it. I move the cable from 1 PC to the new and back. Cable works fine. I was under the impression this was a wifi capable board.

There are a couple of components that, as you say are kinda overkill: the CPU cooler and the PSU. If we replace them with something cheaper, more suitable for the build, how would you improve this build itself with the extra budget?

I am watching this for the sake of just watching this. 🤣😂 I may have mentioned it before, but I do have this similar build, but I got an BNIB Asus proart creator B650 that came with 5600 mhz (2X8 gb) technically free since he said it came with it) for $145 USD and I just have a thermal assasin cooler and a 3060 ti Edit: I have not bothered upgrading my ram as it doesn't make too much difference gaming for me either with 32 gb or 16 gb for my use case (League, Valorant, Palworld, and so forth)

27:20 idk if you can do that too on iphone, but on Android you can share internet via USB. So you connect your phone to your WiFi, then with a USB cable that can provide power and data, you connect your phone to your pc and boom ! You have internet on your pc so you can download the WiFi drivers. (If it doesn't work make sure that on your phone you have selected '' share internet '' in the USB settings, because it's in the '' share files '' mode by default)

This is a decent parts list but by getting a slightly cheaper ssd, case, psu and ram you can easily get this up to a 7800xt for the same price, or at the very least a 6800xt (which is basically the same price as the 700xt right now). Not too bad tho but you can def get more performance for $1000

Cheaper SSD = dramless Cheaper case = ugly Cheaper PSU = questionable move depending on the unit 😅 Cheaper ram = nah man, 6000mhz CL30 is the best bang for buck by a mile. Going $10 cheaper can only afford you a cheap 5200mhz CL40 kit that is slooow.

@@ScatterVolt Thank you so much for responding! I just meant that as someone who cares more about performance than graphics, I would like to see what price range is best for me to build a PC in if I want to get around 160fps-260fps on 1080p and all low graphics in Fortnite.

enermax makes the best psu's im running a 850w with a ryzen 5800x am4 81gb ram ddr4 asus b450 plus 2 mb and a radeon rx 7600 xt 16gb gets the job done

Yo scattervolt, why didn't you use the montech sky two for 90$ instead of paying 70$ for the vetroo k3 and another 25$ for 2 other fans? the sky two alr has 4 fans!

I'm wondering if I should get the: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor or the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler? Because the 5600X is 119 dollars and the 7600 is 189 dollars but most yters are saying the 7600 even tho its more expensive.
