@@adamexplo9354 There is little to no point waisting money on x670 MB as long as you don't need it for extra M.2 slots or USB ports or something like that. otherwise, you are better off getting a good B650 MB.

@@anciennechaineyoutubeprinc3701 well if it HAS to be the 4060ti, you don't even have to bother about other bottlenecks that much... any AM5 6 core with 32GB core will do the job and you have the option to upgrade later on CPU and GPU without having to buy mobo and RAM all over again.

@@ByrdmanTV nvidia is generally better for streaming but in terms of gaming this combo will absolutely shred 1080p and 1440p , and could work on 4k at around 60fps

@@ScatterVolt yeah so originally the first card I bought, it died less than 2 days later. And apparently it was open box cuz I paid $309 for it. I live in Jersey so micro center is super far. The Microcenter in Jersey didn’t have anymore 6750xt and all they had were 7600 and 4060 left. Until I had a big brain idea and decided to look at the location in Brooklyn NY and they had multiple 6750xt. So I take the train to Brooklyn, and the lady said being that the card I got was a defective unit, she just GAVE me a brand new model that was $350 for no extra charge Absolutely lucky. And I traded my ps5 for the money so I essentially didn’t pay anything for it

Also another good combo I saw was an rx 580 with r3 2200g it got over 140fps in Val ultra or high warzone over 75 fps in high, 60 fps in gta 5, I'm super happy that this thing can still play games with such nice fps , It beat my 1650 laptop gpu with an i5 9th gen [Laptop was 700 usd and the pc with rx 580 is like only 400]

Currently running 5800x3d & 6800 @1440p. I’m happy with this setup. Im skip out on AM5. Upgrade to a 7900xt if/when I need to and I should be chillin for awhile until AM6 or even 7 comes out.

Running 5800x3d and rtx 4080 and I'm good for quite some time now. I chose the 5800x3d rather than investing in new motherboard, power supply, ram etc etc. Dropped in and boom, HUGE performance increase. I had a 3700x and a 1080 non TI.

Just built a beast with a 14900kf and 4090 to power my dual-UHD ultrawide monitor. I upgraded shit in the wrong order, haha. Was running on a 2080Ti with a ~10th gen intel i7, and that thing would SCREAM if I tried to run at native resolution even on low settings. Any time I would try to play a game in non-windowed mode *or* with a native resolution, it looked like I was playing a powerpoint presentation featuring scenes from that game. It was painful.

So Im about to get a 12600kf early next month, and I was thinking once I bring in some more money I could get something to replace my puny 3060, I’ve been looking around the 500~USD range and the 7900GRE caught my eye. I’m just wondering if it’s a decent pair, or should I go with a 7800XT for the lesser price but still somewhat similar performance?

I sadly have to RMA my XTX Nitro+. Nothing terrible wrong with it. The RGB stopped working on the GPU. It's a known problem and althon will be fixing it pronto. Still, it sucks not having my XTX for a couple weeks, as it is the best GPU I have owned when it comes to performance, aesthetics, and cooling. I guess ill be stealing my wifes 3070 for the times being lol. Great video as always.

I have 3080ti and i9-9900k, 16GB DDR4. GPU is very good, I have like 100+ fps with good graphics but when a lot of enemies appear like in Helldivers 2, my FPS frops to 40. Is it because of CPU? What should I buy to keep my stable 100+ fps? Sadly I built my PC in the end of 2021 so I paid $3k+ for this setup which sucks now.

I just got my rebuild/upgrade done with a Ryzen 5800X(non-3D because I found it over $100 cheaper) paired with an RX6800. So far it’s been excellent, 1440p native with good framerates

Suggestion: 7500F + 4070 super over what you had in mind. It'll be the same price but faster.

@@brianrobinson3961How is that false? The 7500f is basically the same as the 7600 just without the igpu and is about $50 difference when available. The 4070 super is much better than the 5070 at just $50 more. 7500f + 4070 super is a much better combo especially for gpu intensive games.

Question for the group or Mr. Scattervolt. I recently rebuilt my gaming rig and bought the 7800x3D and was using a 1080ti until I figured out what GPU I wanted to buy. I picked up the 4070 Super, but I’m not sure it’s the right card for my monitor which is a 5120x1440 49” OLED. Do you or the group think the 4070 Super will suffice or should I take it back and get something else?

Would that not require a change in motherboard? If so, What do you recommend. I ask because I want to duplicate that build exactly but with a I5-13600K for 3D rendering ,CAD, AI, Video editing etc.

I do a little bit of working beside playing video games. I need faster CPU but don't need a lot of money for the GPU since I plan to play 1080p or maybe some 1440p. I will not be able to get rx6800 so I am probably gonna take 7600xt 16gb for that + ryzen 5 7600 or maybe ryzen 7 7700 if the price goes down in next few months. Is that a good combo? Is there anything I could improve?

Where I live, I can't seem to get my hands on a Ryzen 5 7500F for my build with the RX 7800 XT, except for a bundle for 305,44€ that is paired with a B650M which is Micro-ATX instead of ATX. Does this still work or is this size motherboard/case too small? Also, since my main game is an MMO, which is rather CPU heavy, I was considering getting the Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead. This CPU is 339,00€ (more than double the 7500F price), do you think this is worth it?

5600X+RTX3060 12G right now. But might go get a 7900X and 48GB ram. I got 32 and it is kinda tight with SolidEdge, 7900X will also help encrypting, decrypting, and HandBrake. Still have to decide gpu though, unless I wait a bit still. It's kinda fine. Eve runs well.

Change that 5800X to a 7500F + B650 + DDR Ram like in this video Then get a 6800XT to compensate for your budget over the 6900XT (assuming you’re getting a used GPU)

Just did a 8500g build tbh feeling pretty ok about it so far (first build in almost 10 years) getting here tuesday! Doing research on a gpu now so later i can upgrade when i get a actual good idea on the gpu market and what pears well because it seems every youtuber is talking about prices so im just trying to get a good idea of what would be best for 3440x1440 120mhz aka my monitor i already use for my xbox im ousting
