used the one I got with my Steam Deck, any USB-C with power delivery should technically work! Weird that you're not getting hdmi signal 🤔

Uwhy u need the 4k support, the handle device doesn’t have that power to play 4K, am I losing something?

Some people have 4k monitors or tvs and want to use desktop mode with full resolution to do productivity/desktop tasks. And don’t forget with FSR upscaling you can run games at low res and upscale to 4k to have it still look good. Not to mention this dock works with all usb c devices like laptops etc too as a usbc hub. It’s not just for Steam Deck!

How is there 4k output on the dock if the pc handhelds dont even reach that high of resolution? Or does the dock upscale the resolution of the device to 4k?

The legion go can do 4K 144hz and the monitor you are using changes your resolution it’s like a actual pc they don’t limit the resolution on it the screen it just limited on the rog ally and the steam deck

If your network and pc is capable enough, you can stream 4k 120hz from your desktop
