Jam pastry is a very delicious and popular Nowruz pastry. Nowruz Eid is not Eid without jam sweets. Jam sweets in the market are called Mashadi sweets or German sweets. I made this delicious sweet without an electric mixer and without a mold, and I used orange marmalade, which multiplied the flavor of this jam. I suggest you make these soft jam sweets for Nowruz and surprise your guests because they are beautiful.

Ingredients and how to prepare orange marmalade:
1 glass of sugar.
1 teaspoon of grated orange peel and 1 glass of orange juice.
1 glass of water.
3 tablespoons of corn starch.

1/4 teaspoon of saffron powder.
The marmalade has reached this consistency, it is ready.
Cover and set aside to cool.
Necessary ingredients and how to prepare jam sweets:
125 grams of butter.
1/4 glass (50 ml) of oil.
1 egg.
1 glass of powdered sugar.
Half a glass of corn starch.
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla.
Half a teaspoon of baking powder.
The volume of the glass is 200 ml.
Mix by hand.
2.5 to 3 glasses of flour.
Add flour little by little and controlled.
Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
The thickness of the dough is 2 to 3 mm.
First, dust the bowl in flour and then mold the dough.
Cut the dough in half with a knife.
Place the cookie dough in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
We design the cookie dough with the mold we made.
Remove the rest of the dough with a knife.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes to bake the sweets.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
