I’m right there with you curl friend. Currently dealing with the covid hair loss, and it is heartbreaking. I have hard water so I’ve been trying out Rizos curls again and thankful it’s working for me. With the covid hair loss I’ve had to stop brushing my hair… and their deep conditioner has been one of the conditioners I’ve been reaching for that helps with detangling with less hair fall. Sending prayers your way for a new year filled with good health and happiness ❤️

Hi Brandy! Happy New Year! First, I want to say that I enjoyed your channel in 2021! 💙💙 I discovered the Dippity-Doo mousses (both the pink and white bottles) last year. Oh my, the pink bottle is my new holy grail! 🙌🏼. The white bottle did nothing for me. 🧐. But that’s ok. My previous holy grail is no longer made, so it’s good to have a new holy grail product. I want to try the Dippity-Doo Gelee (pink jar), but I am concerned it’s gonna be too heavy. Thoughts? I hope 2022 is even better for you and yours! 💙💙💙

Happy New Year. I love several of curlsmith's products, but cannot get the gels to preform, works better with other gel brands. That's funny how much you love dippity do as it dries out my hair and I only use my remainder for taming frizz when my hair is up.

Happy Happy New Years Eve Brandi!!!!!!!! Wishing you the best of what 2022 has to offer!!!!! Ok, now I have fallen in love 🥰 with the Dippity doo girls with curls coconut firm hold gellee!!!!!!! Hi Brandy!! Happy New Year!! I’ve been watching you since the beginning, and you have been a huge reason for me embracing my curls!! I have a HUGE question for you… I have Caucasian 2c through 3b curls. I love the curlsmith line, but I’m struggling with hair thinning and volume. I have Lupus, and recently battled Covid 19. My hair is frustrating me. I’m pretty sure I’m using the wrong Curlsmith products, which are the Hydro Style Flexijelly and Curling defining style Soufflé. I use the Souffle first. PLEASE HELP!! I could really use some suggestions. That you for all your helpful videos over the years. You’re the best!!

@TheGlamBelle2 жыл бұрын
Happy new year my friend! First let me say I’m so happy that I’ve been able to help you on your Curl journey. I would recommend using the bouncy volumizing foam and then the Hydro style Flexi jelly. These should keep your curls light and bouncy especially if your hair has thinned out some. Try that combination and see how it does. I personally can’t use the soufflé on my curls.
@kellyannpoll85802 жыл бұрын
@@TheGlamBelle I had a feeling. I think the curl soufflé is too tough for my hair. I’ve used SOOOO many products over the years. I really like the Curlsmith line, so I’m going to give that a try. Thanks so much!

Same with the tight budget. I'm on a fixed income, barely have any money to spend at all, but it still doesn't mean that I don't want to take proper care of my hair. I'm still learning about which products work for me. I'd like to think shea moisture does, but then again, in still trying to figure out the whole protein/moisture balance. I feel like there aren't many affordable products out there from the drugstore that are good. What do you use? I have wavy type 2a hair though and not actual curly

I was wondering you used Jessicurl's Confident Coils as can't recall you mentioning it. Works well with my fine low density hair, love the film forming hunectants as my hair doesn't like the simple molecule hunectants like glycerin, poly ethylene glycol etc., even less so when weather not ideal for them. But I guess you might consider it a cream even though Jessicurl doesn't refer to it as a cream. Also did you stick with the Jessicurl products for fine hair? Some are a bit rich for fine hair so that could be why you didn't reach for them. I've seen a lot of curlies using Jessicurl on KZfaq but not trying the products that are more suitable for their hair type so not giving Jessicurl a fair go really.

@@TheGlamBelle you never know. I've had products I don't reach for then discover when do try them again I start using them quitea bit, often in a different way - combination of products/different styling technique. Surprises me sometimes as previously thought wouldn't buy again. So now tend to use products left on shelf again sometimes before discarding to make room or give to another curly girl to try.

What made me mad about shea moisture products is that I used the weightless for my 3A hair. And I don't think they're making it anymore I didn't see it on the website it's been out of stock for a long time on beauty Bay where I was getting it. Whenever I go to the shea moisture sections in the store they don't have it. So I am phasing out what I have left which is not the weightless. I am trying out some CurlSmith products.

Hi Brandy, can a brand just use your content for advertisement without an agreement or compensation? Isn’t that copyright infringement? Especially if they generate business and profit? Just asking because from how you described it, it didn’t sound as though you were ok with that. Sending 🥰 and best wishes for a prosperous new year 🥳
