This isn’t every game, but here’s some of the best worlds in my opinion SMB: World 1 SMB3: Pipe Land SMW: Donut Plains SMW (again): Forest of Illusion NSMB DS: World 7 SMG: Bedroom (treated as World 4) NSMB Wii: World 7 SMG2: World 5 NSMBU: Soda Jungle SM3DW: World Bowser

The expanding and shrinking mushroom platforms also appeared in the DS game. I can't remember exactly which level, but it was during an auto-scroller in a snow-themed level.
