I used Norton many, many years ago. After being frustrated with McAfee since 2020 (and McAfee used to be fine) I decided to try Norton again, and it's been awful. Nothing but pop-ups prompting for plan upgrades. It's basically just an adware engine for more and more Norton stuff, so far as I can tell. Very disappointing.

I don't understand why everyone hates Norton. I use it on my pc with windows 11. I also game a lot. I have had 0 issues with Norton. It protects my pc while i game or browse the net. I have not noticed any pc issues what so ever.

In my opinion it is because Norton's advertising is very aggressive, but since they bought Avira and Avast they are a different company. They are now called GEN. And I agree, they are some of the best on the market. Unlike the beloved Kaspersky, which is completely banned from the USA and much of Europe.

Yes absolutely....as per latest report of AV comparatives mcafee has 99.98 % score in real time protection and as per performance it scored 1st out of all av.

@@cybernews the norton 360 , and its not that it didnt work it worked its just the price is the same, anyways i have purchased from z2u , they have all the supscriptions for fraction of the price :)
