I purchased this kzfaq.infoUgkxSmDA16smq0C2AlNEjn-rxfI5AxUj6e3a for my standing desk, as I have trouble standing in one spot for extended periods of time. It's a great way to get in a workout while reading emails. I haven't yet mastered the art of composing an email while working out, but I look forward to that. You can definitely get a workout by bouncing up and down (my boss enjoys laughing at me "prancing"), but it's easier in Zoom meetings to use more core control to not bounce up and down so much. I haven't had the courage to do a full-on workout while in a meeting yet, but looking forward to that too!

i just bought this for myself. i’m a female truck driver and it’s nearly impossible for me to get to a gym in my rig and working out outside is dangerous, because men do stare at you and harass you when they see you working out. i’ve had it happen to me multiple times. it’s so disheartening and i just accepted the fact that i can’t exercise. but with this i’m able to do cardio safely inside of my truck. i think this plus resistance bands are gonna be a wholesome workout and i’m so grateful for that.

I just got the mens health women's health stepper from amazon. Its 200 bucks and worth the price. The range of the steps are greater than other mini steppers.

Would you say it’s a good cardio device, like does it really get you sweating and also do u feel a lot more stress on your calf’s and knees almost like you’re building muscle?

I was given one of these 5 years ago it doesn't have a counter at the bottom of mine though being old but It's a brilliant work out, 20 minutes on one of these and you feel it when you step off.

I just got one a few days ago from Walmart $45.00 and I love it!! So now I am all set for the winter bad weather months I usually go walking when it's nice out. I also have an incumbent bike which is awesome too paid around $150.00 for that!! So for around $200.00, I am all set great at-home workout station. At 66 years old I want to stay as healthy as I can!!

I have that. It's great for schoolkids at home while doing their homework ( reading, writing, or typing ) on a podium or a lectern . More like a STAY-AWAKE workout. Killing stress and writer's block , gaining leg strength altogether. A mini portable Stairmaster. Great for bad hamstrings and calves.

I just got one today from Amazon with the stretch bands! I think it's great! I have been an active member at 24 Hour Fitnesses for a few years, but with "Shelter in Place" due to COVID-19, and gyms being closed, this is an amazing economical choice. I always feel that some exercise is better than none.

Hi. I just recently purchased the mini stepper and so far I like it. I have been working from home for over a year now and just realized my working clothes don't fit! 🤯. I checked out the link on the Sunny health & fitness mini stepper and wondered if you reviewed that product also? It's like $5 more but has a band, just wondering if the extra band would be worth the purchase? Thanks for your review.

Typically yes, if you’re ankle range of motion in limited then you don’t have to. But if you’re able to do the full range then we’d recommend it. 😊

Squeaks loud, leaves ground rubber on the floor, I had to remove cheap nuts (plastic) and replace with metal nuts from the hardware store, however it is a great workout, I use it 30min morning and 30min evening and it has done wonders for leg muscle tone, have to keep lubing but I am keeping this one.
