Thanks for video! Please advise is it good idia to devide project on epics like main boxes and use it in Gantt module?

I can not say. It is one of the ways it can be done, but if it's a good idea in your case, I don't know. We would have to learn a lot more about your way of managing projects, Jira setup, available data and their connections/use to answer that. By the way, we do provide consulting for these kind of services, helping in BigPicture setup and training. Maybe that is worth considering? Cheers!

I could say "maybe" but the honest answer is "no". The more complicated or experience-driven bits of BigPicture setup will never come to the channel. It's just too valuable knowledge for us to share for free. I'm sorry to give it to you like this, Jesper, but transparency is one of our values, and that's just where we stand with this.

Hello! How are you? I have a question: in 20:40, you let a talk delayed but you haven’t saved a baseline. Isn’t it necessary for showing delayed tasks? What made the task delayed once you haven’t saved a baseline? Did you use a formula according to the current day? Thank you!!

Hi Edson. The baseline doesn't influence the delayed indicator. The status of the task and the current date does :)
