I will be cooking for my fam after church and I cant wait!! Thanks for sharing. I will come back to let you know how it turned out. I may use mashed potatos instead but that blackened shrimp and salmon seasoning is on!!

thank you - this was easy to accomplish and very stress free. I did not have cayenne pepper and smoked paprika - so I substituted with sweet paprika, ground black pepper and red chilli flakes instead. I went a bit to ham with the blackened seasoning on the salmon. I used a honeycomb iron saucepan which gets very hot - so I would say do not do 6 minutes for the salmon on that - I kept it on for 5 - but mine turned out very blackened. Use your eyeballs people - not just the time they give you in these videos. if you're worried about overcooking the shrimp keep your heat on low and eyeball till you get a beautiful coral pink all the way through - the butter with the olive oil is great. use minced garlic there too if you want the garlic butter shrimp flavour - but I normally do that if I do not have any seasoning on the shrimp - so dont take my word for it. I did my shrimp with a lot of butter - and without the cream glaze - I used some jumbo tiger prawns - still turned out beautiful.

Made this tonight for my man and he devoured it!! Licked his plate clean, even ran to the skillet for more😄 we did balsamic vinegar and honey brussel sprouts as our side. He was shocked this came out of my kitchen…kept saying it was “restaurant quality” thank you Camirra!🙏❤️
