I made this tonight and it was delicious. I used mayonnaise mustard 2 eggs and hot sauce. My kids couldn’t believe I didn’t fry it on the stove because it was so crispy. Thank you that hot sauce gives it such a good flavor and a nice kick.

I personally would avoid the croissants, they have a high butter content which is why they taste so good.

That reminds me of macaroni (with tuna) salad. A good next recipe to make. I have seen that before. Traveling north to south and east to west, it's evident that the North prefers sweeter, and the South prefers salty the east likes to eat full salads, where the east prefers few but different toppings, in my experience.

Also, you can add halfed/quartered red seedless grapes to make it sweet and savory. Put it in a wheat or white pita bread, add lettuce, shredded cheese, extra mayo or yogurt, avocado. Muah! 💋 Edit add-on: AND let it set overnight in the fridge! I promise you'll love it! ❤

Brown eggs taste better? 😂 Hens lay different colored eggs depending on the type of chicken they are. The taste of an egg comes from what they are eating, not the color of the shell. 😅

Crap! I've already got a whole chicken prepared for roasting tonight . Would love to fix this but there's always a next time. Garden veggies will arrive soon and we'll have fresh zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and squash with all the herbs. Keep cooking! (Waiting for some okra)
