think Chye Seng Huat cafe was fomerly Papa Palheta at Hooper Rd, you put what you think is worth as tip for the coffee you had... totally cool..

我喝过的caffee他就好像个物理试验室，用蒸发煮熟的，特别在你看他的蒸气熟了绕个圆圈等表演完了，你才能喝到它的咖啡香。☕️☕️☕️也有机器手咖啡厅🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾☕️☕️☕️☕️🍵🍵🍵🍾🍷🍸🍹

You can try Google & Chope. I feel like there's no specific foodie app like OpenRice, which is extremely comprehensive and dominate in the market.
