And yet every listing they showed in the video said the car had less than 200k and was for sale for less than $5k, except for the 2.5 RS which was the only one which didn't show the mileage because it was a sold listing.

Right? I'm tired of these BS re-hashing of the same cars and fake titles. Until I see a list with an 05-09 Buick LaCrosse/Pontiac Grandprix/Holden Monaro (but fwd) for $2000 and 62k miles that has a huge amount of aftermarket support and the bulletproof Buick 3800 V6, then I'm considering just unsubscribing from this channel for a while

Too bad the G35 coupe never made 300hp in stock trim unlike the 07-08 sedan which got the 306 hp vq35hr the 280hp vq35de and 297hp vq35de revup that were the only engines ever available in the coupe from 03-07 the G35 sedan in 07 and 08 got the 306hp vq35hr I have owned 2 g35 sedans both 06 and 07 and I liked the 06 but love the 07 rwd hr sedan plus the sedans also weigh less than the coupe and the v36 chassis is by far better than the older v35 it all around drives way nicer

The only 335i you can get for $5,000 or below is one with 100,000+ miles and every leak imaginable. DO NOT BUY ONE! Save yourself the trouble of maintaining and fixing one, there are other BMW’s you should start with until you get the ability to fix things yourself and buy parts. I’m happy with mine, looks good, sounds great, and drives amazing. But man was it a pain throughout and still is 😅

100,000 miles on a 335i isn’t that bad and you’ll never find one for 5k it has to have upper 100s or 200,000 miles to be 5k

@@lifesimon9076 I’d say 100,000+ miles on pretty much any BMW is too much. I bought mine at 80,000 and now it has 90,000, and throughout those 10,000 it’s been nothing but pain 🥲 like I’m loving the thing, but damn does it have PROBLEMS! Many of them. Couldn’t imagine one with 100,000+, wastegate rattle, maybe still running on old injectors, perhaps same old transmission fluid, electrical problems, body damage, the list goes on. The E9X’s are a dying breed ☹️

The only car I would buy for 5k would be the infinity, cuz most cars in this price range is pretty much beat up, BMW's and subarus are best bought when they r maintained and the rest of the cars are pretty impossible to find for 5k the G35 would also be most likely beat up but they are easier to fix and the maintenance cost is bearable

Ok I agree on all the things about the BMW and I personally want one but no not a good care for a college student because if you did find one for $5,000 that wasn’t clapped out chances are you going to be spending as much as you paid for the car if not more in maintenance especially if you plan on having it tuned the N54 is notorious for the valves getting gunned up and needing walnut blasting every few thousand miles and that can easily cost a couple thousand dollars or more I want to say the rod bearings are something that need to be replaced too and there $5,000-$6,000 themselves to have installed

Lmao the cheapest 335i in my country is 22000e. And its a 2008 convertible with 280k km(175k miles) and the milage has probably been reverted.
