well with fish like fugu in the mix you have to. Fugu blowfish are poisonous and if prepared incorrectly can kill a man in roughly 20 min at the earliest, though there are cases of longer, the bench mark is less than 60 min. You also have to be licensed to prepare and cook fugu for the public, though its okay I guess for private settings like this family dinner.

Just wanted to say love you're content, been watching for a few months now and can't believe it all started from foraging around in California to fishing out on a boat in Japan! I actually went to Japan for the first time a few months ago and this is definitely giving me withdrawals. Not that I even went fishing or anything like that, but just the culture and the people was definitely an experience I'll never forget. The first night we went to a sushi place at 1 AM since we landed late, the waitress was super kind and patient with us even though 90% of our convo was through google translate. Definitely want to go again and experience the country side.

@aaronsun1659

@@aaronsun1659 - sorry, I don't understand your point. Flash-freezing can only be done using commercial freezers that the public does not have access to. In order to kill the parasite through freezing, the freezer must be as cold as -60 degrees Fahrenheit. This is impossible to reach with ordinary home freezers. I want to know why Taku is not afraid of worms from eating sashimi/sushi from fish that he has caught.
