the premise of gambling is putting faith in chance, and whether you play smart or not, the reality is that the odds are stacked against you. in the case of sports betting it's more different since your knowledge of the sport can greatly influence your choices as you may know who's the more dominant team or player (there may be different circumstances to get a win on a bet, I'm just assuming since i've little knowledge on sports betting), but as always you just never truly know, and so the only way to be "responsible" or "healthily" gamble is to never play into it in the first place.

if you choose to continue to sports bet that's completely fine decision, if there is a concern that you may be spending too much or frequently on betting then keep track of your money and set a limit for yourself perhaps for that week, month, or even year. always put aside money that you're comfortable with losing of course, if you find that betting or gambling is not entertaining anymore then hey it just means you can occupy that time with different hobbies or avenues of entertainment, just always stay safe when it comes to gambling, it is never and never will be worth it to fall in the clutches of addiction.

i think their is responsible gambling .. i myself , responsibly gamble .. it takes a lot of will power but its possible .. i only play maybe once a week or once every other week .. and ONLY with what i can afford to lose.. and i know that i WILL most likely lose it .. so im prepared to walk away instead of re-depositing .. its hard but possible

I started betting on sports...i like a A LOT sports and i am pretty good analyzing everything about them...won more than 3000$ in 50 days witn nba nhl and tennis...then i discovered roulette and gambling ( ironic in the same sport page) which i liked because it was much more faster than sport bets... at first i won 700 $ in a few hours but then...lost that 3700$ in 2 days and then 3000$ more of my pocket so i quit fucking gambling...its impossible to win...they flag you and put the outcome against you, is disgusting, frustrating, is easy to see how they cheat looking the ball doing impossible things like stop in one number and then moving to another one brazenly ...in some months i will come back to sports...is more...fair...but for now i am in a break because i suspected i was developing gambling addiction.... So...bet on sports... hell yeah but being aware of addiction issues dude...is VERY easy to get lost in dark places if you dont be carefull
