I like to cut my cheese sauce with pureed cauliflower. Adds sweetness and keeps it all a little lighter. Makes for much better reheating as well!

Positively scrumptious, and I thank God that you're helping to spread the word about great pasta choices for mac n' cheese! 😊 I'll certainly have to get my hands on some of the noodles you used, they look divine for holding all that cheesy goodness. 🤤 For anyone else who may be reading, elbow macaroni really does struggle to hold the sauce since it's so smooth, and it retains moisture from the water used to boil it inside the noodle where cheese sauce struggles to fill into, resulting in a watery and less than creamy mac sometimes. If you still want to use something macaroni like in nature, try cavatappi! 😉 It has ridges to better hold all that sauce. The more ridges and surface area the better! 😇

Because frankly there are hella people starving at this very moment so count yo blessings fr fr! Speaking as someone struggling hella u could always be in a way way worse position like millions of people have to experience each moment of every day !
