.500 gm basa fish
1 spoon all purpose flour
1 tbsp mustard paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper crush
1 egg
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 litter oil for frying
.150 gm bread crumbs
french fry

Pickled capers and cucumbers Dill pickles+ fresh Parsley Tarragon ( optional) jowan pata o dite paren English Mustard Lemon juice A pinch of sugar Caper and cucumber pickles mandatory. Baaki jowan pata pudina kochi dhone pata dileo hobe.

That's disgusting not fish and chips at all. First you used the wrong fish should be cod or haddock and the chips shouldn't be friends but actual thick British chips. Also the batter looks awful 🤢🤮
