having the laptop slot on the opposite side from your back.. that's all i'm looking for.. not bending my expensive shit.. ppl care more about form rather than function WWHHY

Access of the camera compartment on the opposite side of the bag where the bag rests on your back. If only this bag would have that feature, it would be the best camera bag for me. 'Till then, I'll stick to what I have.

I usually just use a regular backpack because I hate “photographer-looking-bags” too, but this is a camera bag I could actually see myself using!

I really like that bag! My favourite part is the straps on the bottom, might have to get one for my summer photography adventures!

Great review! Subscribed! I've been checking this bag out for a bit for something smaller than my normal EDC. I currently have the Wandrd Prvke 31L and it's pretty massive for an EDC. But on the other hand carries absolutely anything I would ever want to. I highly recommend the Prvke though, it's super durable and versatile. Is it wrong for me to want 2 EDCs? 😆

I would say that it’s water resistant, so a light rain would be fine. Buts it’s not waterproof so I wouldn’t count on it keeping your gear dry for long!

Would the crane 2 fit in the backpack rather then just in the pocket on the side?

No it would not. You have to use the side pockets to fit the crane

can i take off the middle part divider of the bag and use the full capacity of the bag?

Good question, I should have addressed that! No, the middle divider does not come out, but you could take out all of the dividers out of the bottom if you needed the space.

How are the shoulder straps? The seem on all ends between the straps and the the bag? Does the inner padding move or slide within the upper portion of the straps?

Not sure what you mean about the bass moving. Everything is contained so nothing should move. And I use fairly heavy camera equipment in the bag and it seems to have held up good!

Yes I think so! Mine is a 15 inch pc, and is pretty big for a 15. So I think the 16 Mac would.. also I’m jealous of your 16 haha

I think the canvas is tough that it will last a while. I had fairly heavy gear in it and it had no problem

My 2 biggest problems with this bag (BREV-itee) is that the camera compartment opening is on the outside where someone can get into it on a train/subway or in a crowd, and it's way more expensive than it should be. This kind of bag is very basic, old school camera bag, with simple materials. Should be a $50 bag.
