At music college (too many years ago now to mention 😂) we used to make up exercises like that to test ourselves. Really good way to build up finger dexterity.

Aprendi esse tipo de exercício de independência dos dedos com o Milo Andreo. Depois de um tempo eu acabei sozinho descobrindo um outro exercício bom de independência, q no caso é fazendo intervalos de segunda, cada vez tocando duas notas juntas tbm, fazendo de forma ascendente, descendente e espelhada (dedo 1 + dedo 2, dedo 2 + dedo 3, e assim por diante...)

This is good exercise. But I have tried hard to get finger control, without success. I am sure such a level of finger independence requires you start exercise at very young age.

Beginner keyboards do NOT need to be expensive. I started playing on my dads old, cheap keyboard that was in the attic that he had since before i was born. Look online. Casio and yamaha have plenty of cheap keyboards that are great for you to start learning. And then maybe with time you might want to buy something more expensive as you progress on the instrument. Tldr: dont let money be the reason you dont start playing piano if its truly something you're passionate about. Theres plenty of affordable options

You can get a fully weighted Yamaha P-35 for $350 brand new. It’s great for learning/home use

You're out of luck. The ability to do that with your fingers starts on units $2500 and up.
